We are aware that MIA1000 (One Shared/Reseller Hosting Server in Miami) is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

We are aware that CHI116KVM (one KVM VPS node in Chicago ) is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network glitch specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

UPDATE: On-site datacenter technicians are now physically troubleshooting this server. We will share additional updates in this status incident page once available. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: VM's on DAL124KVM are back online now, however we are still working on restoring connectivity for the SolusVM controls for the host node. We're looking into that now. In the meantime you should be able to access your VPS via SSH.
