We are aware that LAXSSD4014nerd6DC02 (one of our KVM VPS nodes in Los Angeles) is currently experiencing issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: The RAID Controller on this server appears to be having issues. Our systems administrators are currently troubleshooting further with the on-site datacenter technicians accordingly. Further updates to follow.

UPDATE: A RAID rebuild is currently underway for this node. To maintain integrity and ensure best practices given the situation, we will conduct this operation offline. Based on our current observations, the rebuild is advancing at a rate of approximately 1% every 5 to 10 minutes. We ask for your patience as this procedure moves through the process.

We will be taking ATL115KVM offline shortly for an emergency RAM replacement, due to two failed DIMM's identified on this server. Downtime should be less than 30 minutes.

Existing customers on ATL115KVM were sent an email notification with details. We will update this status incident as resolved once the RAM replacement is completed.

UPDATE: We have placed the remote hands ticket request with our Atlanta datacenter partner. We are currently awaiting for the remote hands team to work on this request.

The host node ATL106KVM (one of our KVM VPS host nodes in Atlanta) is currently experiencing symptoms of a degraded RAID array. Our systems administrators are working to identify and resolve the issue.

During this time, if you have a VM hosted upon this physical host node, you may notice temporary, slower than usual disk performance.

Given the nature of RAID array rebuilds, this issue may take up to 72 hours until a full resolution is met.

UPDATE: Please note that due to the nature of the degraded RAID array, you may notice/experience intermittent connectivity to your VM at times.

We are diligently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
