DNS Issue with one of our Shared Hosting Server Hostnames

We are currently investigating an issue related to DNS with one of our shared hosting server hostnames.

Our team is actively working on resolving this matter, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we address and rectify the situation with our domain registrar.

UPDATE: This is now permanently resolved and we’ve since implemented additional redundant measures to prevent this from happening again in the future. All websites on our shared hosting nameservers and main server hostnames should now be loading without any issues.

Miami Datacenter MIA2000 Server - 503 Errors

We are aware that some websites hosted on the MIA2000 server (one of our Shared Hosting servers in Miami) are intermittently reporting a "503 Service Unavailable" error.

We have this resolved for most of the sites already and are still working on it. We'll update this status incident once we have a full resolution on this.

New York Datacenter Outage - NYRN198KVM

We are aware that NYRN198KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: This node is still experiencing symptoms which will required extended offline troubleshooting, to help avoid prolonged downtime we are going to perform migrations of virtual machines over to another physical host node at this time (VM's will be migrated to another stable host node, NYRN222KVM). All data will be migrated intact and you will not notice any changes on your end (your VPS IP will also remain the same).
