New York Datacenter Outage - NYRN106KVM

We are aware that one of our KVM VPS host nodes in New York, NYRN106KVM, is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: We are still troubleshooting this, it appears to be related to an underlying hardware problem. While we are actively working on this, this may take some time to properly troubleshoot before any progress is made here. Rest assured, we'll share additional updates within this status incident once available. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

UPDATE: A resolution plan is currently in progress and is being actively executed by our technicians. We will provide another update on here once a full conclusion has been reached.

UPDATE: We have identified and initiated a resolution strategy (affected clients have been notified via email with details). We are investigating a partial network routing issue impacting ranges in our Strasbourg, France location (specifically the IPs beginning with 92.119.x.x and 88.218.x.x).

San Jose Datacenter Scheduled Maintenance: SJ220KVM, SJ112KVM, SJ109KVM, SJ107KVM, SJ171KVM, SJ168KVM

A scheduled maintenance window event is currently ongoing within one of our cabinets in our San Jose datacenter, which impacts 6x physical hypervisors in this location (SJ220KVM, SJ112KVM, SJ109KVM, SJ107KVM, SJ171KVM, SJ168KVM). Affected clients were sent an e-mail notification regarding this scheduled maintenance event earlier along with full details.

This maintenance is now in progress, and being actively worked on. We will update this status incident once fully resolved.
