New York Datacenter OUTAGE - NYRN204KVM

We are aware that NYRN204KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: We are seeing a recurrence of the previous issues with NYRN204KVM. Our team is investigating this further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved again. We are keeping a close eye on this. If you experience any issues, please open a support ticket and we'll assist immediately.

UPDATE: It appears that NYRN204KVM is experiencing intermittent issues again. Our engineers are performing additional diagnostic tests to identify the root cause and to get to the bottom of this. We sincerely apologize for the continued issues with this, and we will work to implement a permanent resolution ASAP. Thank you for your extended patience while we work on this.

UPDATE: This is resolved at this time, and we are optimistically monitoring the server to ensure of its stability going forward. Seattle Datacenter SEA108KVM - Migrations

As communicated via email to customers on December 28 hosted on node: SEA108KVM (a KVM VPS node in Seattle), all VM's hosted on this node are currently being migrated to another hypervisor, in order to avoid extended downtime of troubleshooting potential hardware issues with the node. The migration process is taking longer than originally anticipated. This is just an update to inform you that our engineering team is still actively working on this.

All data and VM's will be migrated intact and no IP changes will be necessary. We will update this status incident once the migration is finished. Thank you for your extended patience during this time.

UPDATE: This is now complete, and all VMs are now back online.
