Los Angeles DC-02 OUTAGE - Fiber14

We are aware that Fiber14 is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

RackNerd Client Area & Ticketing System RackNerd Client Area Maintenance (my.racknerd.com)

We are currently performing improvements and updates to upgrade our client portal and website systems. During this maintenance window, the client portal and main website will be temporarily unavailable. This maintenance is expected to last approximately one to two hours.

Important Notes:

  • All customer infrastructure remains fully operational and unaffected
  • Our support team remains available via phone (888-881-NERD) and email ([email protected])
  • No impact to existing services or customer workloads

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our systems. For urgent assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team, or wait for us to complete the maintenance to submit your support ticket.

UPDATE: This maintenance is now completed. Customers may log in to our client area as normal at this time.

Strasbourg Datacenter Network Availability in France

We are currently experiencing packet loss affecting a portion of our France network, impacting certain network routes. Our network engineers are actively investigating and working towards a full resolution, which we expect to have in place soon.

During this time, you may experience brief periods of intermittent availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore normal operations.

We will continue to provide updates on this status incident as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: The network issues appear to have subsided upstream and services are stable at this time. We are monitoring the situation closely and will be ready to react should any future recurrences of the issue occur. Further updates will be provided if needed. Thank you again for your understanding. In the meantime, we will move this status incident to “Watching/Monitoring” status.
