A scheduled maintenance window event is currently ongoing in our San Jose datacenter, impacting two physical host nodes (7950XSJ302 & 7950XSJ303). Affected clients were sent an e-mail notification regarding this scheduled maintenance event earlier along with full details.

This maintenance is now in progress, and being actively worked on. We will update this status incident once fully resolved.

San Jose Datacenter Outage - SJ176KVM

We are aware that SJ176KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

UPDATE: We are seeing a recurrence of the previous issues with SJ176KVM. Our team is investigating this further.

UPDATE: Since the issues with this host node are still persisting, we believe there is a larger hardware problem with the underlying host node. As such, in order to help expedite resolution, we are going to have the datacenter remote hands team in San Jose proceed with moving the drives and RAID controller on this host node, over to another healthy machine. Since remote hands intervention is required, this may take several hours to complete. We appreciate your patience and will update this status incident once we have additional updates to share. Thank You for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE: The issue with SJ176KVM has now been resolved. Our team has completed the necessary hardware intervention, and all services should be functioning normally. We will continue to closely monitor the node to ensure stability. If you experience any further issues, please open a support ticket, and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: It appears that SJ176KVM is experiencing intermittent issues again. Our engineers are performing additional diagnostic tests to identify the root cause and to get to the bottom of this. We sincerely apologize for the continued issues with this, and we will work to implement a permanent resolution ASAP. Thank you for your extended patience while we work on this.

UPDATE: This is resolved at this time, and we are optimistically monitoring the server to ensure of its stability going forward.
