From what we can tell so far, this appears to be a hardware-related issue unrelated to storage. The storage devices are intact, and your data is safe, this is strictly a matter of coordinating the necessary physical repairs and component replacements.

We truly appreciate your patience and will continue to keep you updated as we make further progress.

UPDATE July/18/25 2:35 PM PDT: We are still actively working on restoring node ATL108KVM. Our team, along with remote hands on-site in Atlanta, has attempted a few different replacement parts and workarounds today, but unfortunately those proved to be incompatible with the hardware in question.

We’ve since shipped a compatible replacement component, and we're currently waiting on that package to arrive on-site. Once received, remote hands will proceed further. We remain committed to resolving this as quickly as possible, and your data remains safe throughout the process.

Thank you again for your continued patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided as we make additional progress.
