We are aware that DE2000 Shared Hosting Server is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

We are aware that FIBER (Shared/Reseller Hosting Server in Los Angeles DC-02 ) is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

We are aware that SJ220KVM, SJ168KVM, SJ171KVM, SJ109KVM, SJ107KVM and SJ112KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: The PDU that these devices are connected to has failed. We are currently awaiting a response from our remote hands team in San Jose to replace the PDU in this rack. We will update once additional information is available.

UPDATE: The following host nodes are back online: SJ220KVM, SJ168KVM, SJ171KVM, and SJ112KVM. Please standby to get updates on the rest of the host nodes (SJ107KVM and SJ109KVM).

A scheduled maintenance window event is currently ongoing in our Strasbourg datacenter, which impacts 5x physical hypervisors in this location (FR115nerd3KVM, FR116nerd3KVM, FR117nerd3KVM, FR118nerd3KVM, and FR119nerd3KVM). Affected clients were sent an e-mail notification regarding this scheduled maintenance event earlier along with full details.

This maintenance is now in progress, and being actively worked on. We will update this status incident once fully resolved.

We are aware that several of our KVM VPS host nodes in San Jose (particularly: SJ220KVM, SJ168KVM, SJ171KVM, SJ112KVM, SJ177KVM, SJ156KVM, SJ111KVM, SJ110KVM, SJ108KVM, SJ176KVM, SJ109KVM, SJ107KVM) are offline.

This appears to be a rack PDU related problem.

We are currently looking into this further with our datacenter provider in San Jose. We will share an additional update once available.

Update: The nodes SJ220KVM, SJ168KVM, SJ171KVM, SJ112KVM, SJ177KVM, SJ111KVM, SJ108KVM, SJ109KVM, SJ107KVM, SJ176KVM, SJ156KVM and SJ110KVM are already up and running.
