Frankfurt Datacenter FR2000.dnsiaas.com

We are investigating a MySQL issue with the FR2000 server (one of our shared hosting servers in Frankfurt). We will update this incident once more information is available.

Service availability may be intermittent while our engineers work on this issue.

Strasbourg Datacenter Network Availability in Strasbourg

We are currently experiencing packet loss affecting a portion of our Strasbourg network, impacting certain network routes. Our network engineers are actively investigating and working towards a full resolution, which we expect to have in place soon.

During this time, you may experience brief periods of intermittent availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore normal operations.

We will continue to provide updates on this status incident as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: The network issues appear to have subsided upstream and services are stable at this time. We are monitoring the situation closely and will be ready to react should any future recurrences of the issue occur. Further updates will be provided if needed.
