We are aware that 7950XSJ300 (one of our Ryzen VPS nodes in San Jose) is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: We are going to have the on-site datacenter team physically inspect this server to ensure there are no issues. The server may go offline for one more time shortly, but should be stable thereafter. We will update once this happens.

We are aware that NYRN101KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: As this node appears to be experiencing additional symptoms, we are going to have the on-site datacenter team further investigate this physically. We will update with more information shortly.

UPDATE: We've identified the hardware issue and it has been fixed. This node is now back online and appears to be stable. We'll continue to keep a close eye.

As a follow up to https://status.racknerd.com/incident/2490 - we will now be taking CHI105KVM offline to replace the faulty DIMM. This should be back up momentarily.

UPDATE: It looks like this server may have a bad DIMM, we are working with the facility hands to replace the bad DIMM on this server. It may go offline for a brief moment one more time and after that, it should be stable.
